Eli Goldberg

CEO

I'm Eli Goldberg, CEO of Delagroup Management. My journey to this role wasn't exactly traditional—I've worn a few different hats along the way, and each one has shaped who I am as a leader today. I started my career in the military, where I learned the value of discipline, resilience, and showing up with purpose every single day. After my service, I worked as a bartender—an experience that taught me how to connect with people, think on my feet, and hustle hard. But deep down, I knew I wanted more. Not just for myself, but for my family.

That desire for growth led me into the world of sales. I saw it as an opportunity to build something greater, to take control of my future, and to create real impact. Through a lot of hard work and lessons learned, I worked my way up and eventually founded Delagroup Management. Today, I lead with the same grit and drive that got me here. I believe in building teams that move with purpose, creating opportunities for others, and always pushing forward—no matter where you started.

Hi I’m Rudy, I’m self driven and have always been hungry for success! However I believe that a lot more can be achieved with the power of a team! I’m a Junior Director at Delagroup and on my way to Management! I started over 9 months ago and have past experience at 9-5 jobs that helped me get by but had little to no growth. I’ve always been one to seek more opportunity and more money so to be part of such an amazing company has helped shape me in so many ways! I’m excited about what I do and can’t wait for what the future holds! There is truly nothing like it!

I hold a degree in Business Administration and bring a background in the restaurant industry, where I developed strong skills in leadership, communication, organization, and customer service that translate directly into my role today. What drew me to this position was the opportunity for growth and the chance to build a long-term professional career. I saw the potential to apply my people focused experience to a more structured business environment, and it has been incredibly rewarding. I enjoy coming into the office each day with a positive mindset and strive to create a welcoming, supportive environment for both our team and the individuals we work with. I’m excited to continue growing in my role and to see where this path leads!
